Successful initial certification of io-DigitalSolutions' QM system according to ISO 9001

Within half a year after the start of operations, io-DigitalSolutions masters at three locations the conception, implementation and finally the successful certification of a quality management system according to ISO 9001.
After io-consultants has already had a certified QM system for many years, the subsidiary io-DigitalSolutions, founded in 2018, can now also be pleased. In April and May 2019, io-DigitalSolutions was audited by TÜV SÜD's auditor at the Heidelberg, Leonberg and Berlin sites and had to prove that the new quality management system, which is specifically geared to the processes of an SAP and IT consulting company, meets all the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The standard is characterized by six central focus points, which are reflected in the process-oriented QM system:

- Focus Relationship Management
Customer satisfaction, customer orientation, process efficiency and the ability to react quickly and flexibly to market requirements are among the most important success factors in global competition today. Therefore, io-DigitalSolutions attaches great importance to these factors when designing its QM system: The implementation of the quality policy is the task and obligation of all employees. "The aim of io-consultants and io-DigitalSolutions is to live the contents of the QM system, to continuously develop it further and thus continuously improve it," confirms Thomas Kilimann, Managing Director of both companies.
