io-consultants appoints Adrian Siegler as new Managing Director.
The planning and consulting company io-consultants GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its management team with Adrian Siegler taking on the position of managing director as of July 1, 2019. Founded in Heidelberg in 1958, io-consultants has been managed by Thomas Kilimann, partner and chairman of the management board since 2001. Siegler, who has been a partner at io-consultants since 2015 and member of the management board since 2017, and Kilimann, now chairman of the management board, will both be responsible for leading the company successfully into the future. “I am very much looking forward to taking on my new responsibilities as managing director of io-consultants,” says Siegler. “As a globally successful planning and consulting company, we are constantly faced with new challenges and complex projects that can only be solved and successfully implemented together as a team. This is what we do best.”
A business graduate majoring in business administration and strategic logistics, Siegler began his career at io-consultants in 2008. Since then, the company has planned and implemented a wide variety of international large-scale investment and infrastructure projects for clients such as MAN Truck & Bus SE, TRUMPF GmbH & Co. KG, TCHIBO GmbH, DAIMLER AG or BMW AG. Siegler has always made use of his many years of experience and expertise in strategic logistics design, process redesign, benchmarking and multi-project management of cross-site projects to create significant added value for our clients.
From 2017 to 2018, Siegler was responsible for all operational projects in the Delivery department. Since January 2019, he has been leading the Commercial department of the parent company and all national and international subsidiaries focussing on finance, controlling and group-wide administration. “I am going to do all I can to ensure that io consultants continues its holistic approach and dovetails its expertise in different specialist areas in order to create the required structures for the success of our clients,” Siegler adds.
